Get connection details

Service deployment in progress. Connection details will be available once setup completes.
Connect in the browser
Select Connect beside Connect In Browser for an eligible VPS. The panel requests a secure noVNC session and opens the console in a new tab, with Ctrl+Alt+Del, Clipboard, Fullscreen, and Disconnect controls. If the session ends, select Reconnect. Dedicated Servers do not show the browser-console action.Control VPS power
When remote power is available, Connection Details also shows VPS Power Status. Start starts a stopped or suspended VPS. Restart and Shutdown each ask for confirmation, then act immediately on a running VPS. The status refreshes automatically. A service without remote power support shows Power controls are not available for this service.Change the VPS password
Select Change VPS Password in Connection Details. This is available to broker admins when the plan supports password management. The password must contain 8 to 32 characters, include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and cannot have leading or trailing spaces.Update client details
Client Details shows the client name and email, plus the phone number, linked trading accounts, and notes when they are saved. Select the edit control to change this information, separating multiple trading account numbers with commas, then save. An Admin can select Resend Welcome Email to send the credentials and setup information to the client email address again.Review the service log
Service Log combines VPS actions and service requests in reverse chronological order, showing Date/Time, Event, Source, and Status for each event. Events include power actions, browser connections, password changes, new-service requests, plan changes, cancellations, cancellation reverts, cancellation warnings, and welcome-email requests. New events appear without reloading the page while the tab stays visible; the log checks every 15 seconds. Use Previous and Next when the log holds more than 10 events.Choose a service action

Service status and specifications
A cancelled service can show Cancellation Grace Period Active for up to seven days after cancellation, with the cancellation date and remaining days. Select Revert Cancellation to request reactivation.
Service Details lists Created, VPS Plan, CPU, RAM, Disk, Operating System, and Location. A missing specification appears as Not configured. The Broker Panel has no operating-system reinstall action and cannot change the Operating System value.
