Set broker brand colors and manage image assets in the Brand page.
The Brand Assets page stores your broker colors and image assets. You must have the Admin role to open it; a Staff user sees Access Denied. Open the Account section in the sidebar and select Brand.
Select Brand Colors, set Primary Color, Secondary Color, and Accent Color, then select Save Colors. Each setting has a color picker and a text field, and a text value must use the #RRGGBB hex format. Cancel discards changes made since you opened the dialog. The form builder reuses these values:
Select Logo in the form Appearance settings opens the brand asset library.
Import Brand Colors copies the saved Primary Color and Accent Color into the form. Secondary Color is not imported, because forms have no secondary color setting.
Select Upload Asset > Choose File, then select a supported image. You can also drop one image in the upload area. The upload starts as soon as you select the file.Supported types are PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP, up to 5 MB, one file at a time. SVG files are not supported.
The Asset Library shows each uploaded image as a card with its preview, file name, file size, and upload date. Copy URL copies the asset URL, the external-link control opens the asset in a new tab, and the trash control opens Delete Asset. An empty library shows No assets uploaded yet.To replace an asset, upload the new file first, update the logo for every form that uses the old asset in Form Center, and only then delete the old asset.
Please upload an image file: the selected file is not an image.
File size must be less than 5MB: the selected file is too large.
Failed to upload asset: the upload did not complete, and the message can include the returned reason. The server accepts only PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP image content, so an unsupported image type also produces this message with the supported-type requirement.
A color value outside the #RRGGBB format causes Invalid color format. Use hex format (#RRGGBB). Another save failure causes Failed to update brand colors or shows the returned reason.A failed deletion shows Failed to delete asset with the returned reason, and the asset stays in the library.
