Email Settings stores the reply-to identity for your broker account. It sits inside the Email Templates page and is available only to Admin users: select Email Templates in the sidebar, then select Email Settings. Email Settings dialog with Reply-To email and name

Save the reply-to identity

  1. Enter an address in Reply-To Email. This address receives replies to supported customer emails.
  2. Optional: enter a display name in Reply-To Name.
  3. Select Save Settings.
The panel trims leading and trailing spaces, and an empty field clears its saved value. A successful save closes the dialog and shows Email settings saved. Select Cancel to close without saving. Confirm that your team owns or controls the address before you save it. The panel does not verify ownership of the address, and Email Settings has no sender name or sender address setting.

Where the reply-to identity applies

The configured reply-to identity applies to custom-template delivery through Resend for welcome, follow-up, cancellation warning, and cancellation emails. It does not change the sender address, and it does not apply to broker-user notifications, invoices, reports, form notifications, support updates, billing alerts, or emails delivered by the WHMCS fallback. The Email Settings dialog has no test action. Use a custom template’s Send Test Email action instead: it sends to the signed-in Admin’s email address with the configured reply-to identity, so you can check both content and reply behavior. See Email Templates. The reply-to fields belong to the broker account, while notification controls belong to each user account. Each Admin or Staff user selects the emails they receive in Account Settings. Changing a user’s notification controls does not change Reply-To Email or Reply-To Name.
